Family-owned Bryton Marine Group is the overarching company for five marine companies: All American Marine – Bellingham, WA, BRIX Marine – Port Angeles, WA, EagleCraft – Campbell River, BC, KingFisher Boats – Vernon, BC, and Renaissance Marine Group – Clarkston, WA. Headquartered in Vernon BC, Bryton has grown to over 500 employees, and holds the #1 share in its targeted markets and most diversified marine portfolio in North America.
Relocating from Cape Town, South Africa, Stuart comes with extensive experience of operational leadership, project management and business development, demonstrating all the qualities necessary to assume leadership of our daily operations and support strategic growth of Bryton Marine Group.
In his new role, Stuart will be responsible for developing performance goals and long-term operational plans as well as maximizing efficiency through extensive process analysis and intercompany collaboration. Stuart will work with the CEO Byron Bolton and the Senior Management Team to implement the strategic vision and values of the company.

Stuart brings decades of marine industry experience. In 2021, Stuart was appointed Board Member with South African Boat Builder Expert Council. Until recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer for a reputable South African company building highly specialized commercial vessels. Stuart is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
