For over 30 years, All American Marine (AAM) has set the standard in custom aluminum vessel manufacturing, delivering innovative marine solutions tailored to meet the most demanding needs. Located in the maritime hub of Bellingham, WA, AAM specializes in designing and building advanced, fuel-efficient boats for commercial, research, and passenger transportation.

All American Marine began operations by specializing in building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska. With the decline of the commercial fishing industry in the 1990s, we adapted to a changing marketplace and set the standard for aluminum vessel manufacturing. Recognized for our high-quality craftsmanship, All American Marine has attained exclusive North American building rights with one of the world’s top naval architects and designers, Nic de Waal of Teknicraft Design, Ltd. in Auckland, New Zealand. The unique Teknicraft design incorporates a cutting-edge hull shape and an optional hydrofoil system in catamarans to create lift and enhance the vessel’s performance. Unique design characteristics ensure high-speed travel, ultra-low wake, industry-leading fuel efficiency, and are fully customizable depending on the vessel’s intended application, however, with optimal performance, no matter the mission.

At All American Marine, we partner with Teknicraft Design, Ltd. to create cutting-edge aluminum vessels that redefine performance and efficiency. Our custom-built boats feature:

All American Marine (AAM) builds every vessel in a state-of-the-art, 57,000 sq. ft. production facility located on Bellingham Bay in Washington State. Purpose-built in 2017, this modern shipyard is designed to optimize aluminum boat construction through smart shop layout, advanced equipment, and strategic labor allocation.

Our facility features seven overhead bridge cranes, a laser-leveled construction platform, 2 CNC router cutters, a new brake press, and shear, all engineered to streamline complex vessel builds and improve production efficiency. The layout supports simultaneous multi-vessel production, with specialized work zones for aluminum fabrication, outfitting, systems integration, and paint, ensuring a seamless flow from start to finish.

Our team is the cornerstone of AAM’s success. Cross-functional production teams are structured to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and encourage craftsmanship at every stage. This approach, combined with an embedded quality assurance program and daily team coordination, ensures consistent results and high-quality vessel output.

All American Marine builds to stringent U.S. Coast Guard Subchapter T and Subchapter K certification requirements, with weekly on-site inspections.
