In 1998, All American Marine began working with Nic
deWaal and Teknicraft Design Limited of Auckland, New
Zealand who specializes in high-tech catamarans. The
first Teknicraft catamaran built by AAM - the "New
Golden Eye" - was completed in May 1999, and is
now a successful charter fishing boat based in San Francisco
Bay.
In the fall of 1999, AAM negotiated an Exclusive Design
Agreement with Teknicraft Design Limited. Together,
AAM and Teknicraft are building high quality aluminum
multihull watercraft in a cost-effective manner.
In March 2001, Nic de Waal's unique hull design was
registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. For more
