Hone Heke Corporation is ordering their second All American Marine catamaran passenger ferry for operation in Hawaii .  Expeditions five is a certified USCG Subchapter T 55’ x 21.5’ Teknicraft catamaran designed to carry 105 passengers between Lahaina (Maui) to the island of Lanai .  Expeditions five succeeds the 65’ Expeditions four which was constructed and launched by AAM in January, 2004.  The vessel will be powered by a pair of Caterpillar C-18 engines and will offer passengers a fast and comfortable ride during the inter-island transit.
